Construction Estimator - Multifamily

Job Description The Estimator prepares conceptual and hard-bid estimates for ground‑up multifamily projects, partnering with the preconstruction and project teams from early budgeting through buyout. Responsibilities Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates for ground‑up multifamily projects Perform quantity takeoffs and build out detailed cost breakdowns Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier bids Support value engineering and constructability reviews Maintain unit‑cost and historical‑cost data Hand off budgets to the project team at buyout Ideal Candidate 1+ years estimating ground‑up multifamily construction (garden, wrap, or podium) Experience with full takeoffs and subcontractor bid leveling Proficiency in estimating software (On‑Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Office What’s on Offer $80,000‑$110,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Scott Humphrey Corporation
