• Utilize provided leads to build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current property trends and pricing.
• Support clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey property details and benefits.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in team settings, contributing to shared goals.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new real estate sales techniques, with a proactive approach to professional development.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and property presentations efficiently.
• Familiarity with the Santa Ana-Anaheim-Irvine real estate market is a plus, though not required.
