Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints with a focus on delivering a positive experience
• Assist users in navigating our gaming platform, ensuring they make the most of our services
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet service goals and uphold quality standards
• Accurately document customer interactions in our support systems for effective follow-up

Requirements

• Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
