Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychotherapy sessions via video or telephonic consultations, addressing a range of emotional, mental, and behavioral issues faced by clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, developing a collaborative plan for stabilization and ongoing support.

• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation through our digital therapist portal, ensuring compliance with best practices in client record-keeping.

• Administer mental health screenings and assessments to accurately identify client needs and craft tailored treatment strategies.

• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients with specific behavioral challenges and facilitate meaningful change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor with Resonance Mental Health, you will engage with a diverse client population, including adolescents, families, and individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your work will involve developing therapeutic relationships that foster trust and healing, particularly for those dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in providing therapy to individuals with mental health and behavioral issues, including work with co-occurring disorders and substance abuse treatment.
