Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead LeBayou, located in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter.

We're looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment and knows how to build strong teams, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive consistent operational and financial performance.

What You'll Do

Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations in a high-volume Bourbon Street environment
Lead, coach, develop, and hold front- and back-of-house teams accountable
Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and restaurant appearance
Take ownership of the guest experience, including guest concerns and service recovery
Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and overall restaurant productivity
Drive financial performance through effective management of sales, labor, food costs, operating expenses, and profitability
Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team of restaurant leaders and hourly team members.
Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Build a strong leadership team and create a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture
Lead from the floor and remain actively engaged with team members and guests during peak business periods

What We're Looking For

General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
Proven experience leading both front- and back-of-house operations
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, costs, and profitability
Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain strong teams
Strong operational instincts and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team development
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain high standards and accountability while building a positive team culture
Ability to remain composed and lead effectively during high-volume service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
