Quality Manager

CGA Technologies Srl è un’azienda metalmeccanica specializzata nella produzione di scambiatori di calore per i settori automotive, energie alternative, elettronica e refrigerazione.Stiamo cercando un Quality Manager, che assicuri l’applicazione e il miglioramento continuo del Sistema di Gestione Qualità (SGQ) e della Qualità del Prodotto (PQ), contribuendo all’efficienza dell’intera organizzazione. Assicurare la Qualità di Prodotto, intervenendo con blocchi produzione/spedizioni quando necessario. Monitorare e garantire l’attività legata al SGQ (ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Assicurare che processi e attività siano supportati da istruzioni operative adeguate. Gestire i portali cliente e analizzare le scorecard fornitori/clienti. Supportare la gestione dei requisiti specifici del cliente. Gestione delle non conformità. Eseguire, insieme al Quality Engineer, audit di processo e audit fornitori. Gestire audit interni e audit di terza parte (enti certificatori o clienti). Fornire supporto nella preparazione dei documenti di progetto (Flow Chart, Control Plan, FMEA). Definire, monitorare e raggiungere gli obiettivi qualità. Collaborare con Engineering & Development e Produzione nella definizione e applicazione dei metodi di controllo. Laurea in dicipline tecniche, gestionali o affini. Almeno 5 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente in contesto automotive o industriale. Gradita conoscenza dell’approccio per processi tipico del settore automotive, incluso risk-based thinking. Conoscenza approfondita dei Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA. Ottima conoscenza della norma ISO 9001. Preferibile Auditor Interno IATF 16949. Preferibile Auditor Interno VDA 6.3. Conoscenze di base sulla sicurezza del prodotto. Inserimento diretto in azienda con prospettiva di consolidamento. Retribuzione e inquadramento saranno commisurati all’esperienza pregressa e alle competenze tecniche del candidato selezionato. #J-18808-Ljbffr
