Emerge Talent is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance Client's Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. These are all WARM conversations. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their insurance-related inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with clients to identify gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to mitigate risks. Provide insurance quotes, prepare proposals, and assist clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. Process new insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms, obtain quotes, and resolve coverage issues. Monitor insurance policy expirations and proactively reach out to clients to ensure timely renewals. Conduct annual insurance reviews with clients to assess their changing needs and update their coverage accordingly. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or an Account Manager position. Prior insurance experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and building long-term client relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues and concerns with professionalism and tact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
