¡Únete a Nuestro Equipo en SMS como Desarrollador de Punto de Venta!
Objetivo del Puesto: Ejercer la labor de ventas y merchandising para el portafolio de productos, cumpliendo con las metas, el plan de visitas, y los indicadores de gestión bajo su responsabilidad.
Funciones:
- Cumplir con los pasos de venta establecidos en el modelo comercial
- Vender nuestra gama de productos siguiendo la ruta asignada por el Supervisor de Grupo/Líder de Equipo, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas de ventas establecidas.
- Realizar labores de merchandising en el punto de venta, incluyendo la verificación de existencias de producto, su rotación, el llenado de góndolas y la gestión de espacios adicionales, procurando la satisfacción de cada cliente.
- Colaborar en otras actividades asignadas por el jefe inmediato.
Requisitos Académicos:
- Secundaria completa.
- Bachiller general, estudiante universitario o experiencia previa relevante.
Experiencias Claves:
- Experiencia en comercialización de productos alimenticios y/o de consumo masivo (preferiblemente).
- Disponibilidad para desplazarse geográficamente para visitar clientes.
- Experiencia en manejo y trato con clientes.
Experiencia Laboral Previa:
- Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia relevante.
Idiomas Requeridos:
- Español: Avanzado.
- Inglés: Intermedio.
Conocimientos y Habilidades:
- Manejo básico de programas de ofimática (Excel, Word y PowerPoint).
- Uso de software de ventas (deseable).
- Licencia de conducir.
Descripción del Puesto:
- Requiere un esfuerzo físico mediano.
- Trabajo fuera de oficina, con posibles riesgos de asaltos, accidentes de tránsito y accidentes profesionales (como cargar mercancía o caídas en puntos de venta).
- Nivel alto de esfuerzo mental y presión emocional.
