Work Environment\n

The work setting is entirely remote, utilizing the latest telehealth technologies to connect with patients effectively. Our telehealth platform allows you to conduct secure and confidential sessions with clients in various locations, making mental health care more accessible. Your work schedule will primarily involve Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine individual client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, adapting approaches based on client progression and feedback.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster a community atmosphere and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate with fellow practitioners, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure an integrated and coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, implementing effective de-escalation strategies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and resources in the community to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient tracking.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Demonstrate a robust understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and ethical therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
