• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms and collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support our clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Provide ongoing support, education, and resources to clients and their families, helping them understand mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on evidence and collaboration with clients, ensuring a dynamic approach to mental health care.
• Engage with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to guarantee integrated care, enhancing the effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Document clinical sessions, treatment strategies, and client progress accurately in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement in treatment practices.
• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting understanding and de-stigmatization of mood disorders within the community and enhancing public awareness of mental health issues.

This role specifically focuses on individuals facing mood disorders, including various forms of depression and anxiety-related conditions. Our patient population is diverse, reflecting a broad spectrum of backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York is essential for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to practicing ethically and maintaining confidentiality while delivering compassionate mental health care.

• Two years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in various therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, will be viewed favorably.
• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrist colleagues.
• A proven history of successful outcomes in mental health treatment for mood disorders is highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
