A conviction is not an absolute bar to employment. Factors such as the age of the offense, evidence of rehabilitation, the seriousness of violation, and job relatedness are considered in all employment decisions. \n\n \n\n Planned Parenthood of South Atlantic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement\n\n At Planned Parenthood of South Atlantic (PPSAT), we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion and strive to keep it at the core of who we are. At PPSAT, we are dedicated to learning, reducing and eliminating inequities, and developing best practices to dismantle systemic racism and the complex problems caused by it.\n\nPlanned Parenthood South Atlantic is an equal opportunity employer.\n\n Work Authorization & Sponsorship\n\n Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Due to pre-approved budget allocations, we are unable to provide or assume sponsorship for employment visas (including, but not limited to, H-1B, O-1, or TN status) for this position. We will not consider candidates who need employer sponsorship now or who will need it in the future.\n\n \n\n \n\n No phone calls please.\n\nWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
