Oversee the go-to-market pipeline and track leads. Keep fundraising materials organized and ready for investor meetings. Create documentation to bring structure to the studio environment. Coordinate across teams and implement planning sessions. Support venture validation and execution for portfolio companies. What You Need 1-3 years of experience in an operations role at a fast-paced startup. Strong communication skills to connect teams and stakeholders. High initiative and ownership mentality. Proficiency in tools like Notion, Slack, Asana, and Google Suite. Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities. Experience in consulting, investment banking, VC, or hospitality is a plus.
