Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available at a medical center in Bronx, NY. This contract role requires expertise in both clinical pharmacy and prescription dispensing, ideal for professionals seeking to contribute to patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately review and dispense medications prescribed to patients
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient counseling

Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist with valid credentials to practice in the relevant state

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
