Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current California SLP license (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP credential or eligibility for CFY-SLP supervision
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy to students with mild/moderate communication challenges
• Solid communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage an elementary-aged caseload with diverse communication needs, providing both group and individual therapy
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s communication goals within the classroom
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
