Coach and develop team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment Demonstrate servant leadership Communicate effectively with team members and senior leadership Take ownership without being asked Hold team members accountable while earning their respect Respond calmly and effectively while under pressure Stand for long periods and have the ability to carry 10-25 pounds What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2-3 years of proven leadership as a manager or director in a restaurant environment High school diploma required; some college or a bachelor’s degree is preferred ServeSafe Certification and Southern Nevada Food Handlers Training Card required Extensive knowledge of food safety policies Leading large teams of 20 or more is a plus Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including Saturdays Strong decision-making, multitasking, and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency with business technology and software such as Microsoft Office, HotSchedules, Google Suite, Canva, and GroupMe Provide us with employment-related references Location: Chick-fil-A Charleston and Fort Apache, 1100 S.
