The Chief of Staff reports directly to the CEO and is a force multiplier across the company's most critical priorities. The role centers on four areas: Driving cross-functional projects across product, data science, engineering, and go-to-market; Owning the internal operating rhythm including team syncs, OKR tracking, and decision documentation; Leading administration functions across People, Finance and Legal; Identifying operational gaps before they become blockers for growth This is a high-performance role for someone who operates well ahead of problems and thrives in a fast-moving small team environment.
