Analyst Relations Director

About the Role Automation Anywhere is the leader in Agentic Process Automation, transforming how work gets done with AI‑powered automation. We are seeking an exceptional, hands‑on director to lead our global analyst relations program, managing and elevating relationships with industry analyst firms. The role reports to the Global Head of Analyst Relations and is key to positioning Automation Anywhere as a market leader. Responsibilities Drive business impact for the analyst relations program through influencing key industry analysts. Manage cross‑functional relationships with product management, marketing, PR, sales, sales enablement, partners, demand generation, support, customer success, and other teams. Independently create compelling presentations and present them to C‑level audiences, detailing strategic plans and objectives to shape analyst community sentiment, competitive leadership, and market narratives. Lead participation in evaluation reports such as Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Waves, and IDC Marketscapes from planning through results analysis and distribution. Leverage strategic insight to contribute to market dynamics, category creation, definition, use cases, and competitive positioning. Influence product planning and roadmap with insights gathered from the analyst community via research publications, inquiries, and strategic advisory sessions. Be the sole person responsible for the global success or impact of flagship technologies evaluated by analysts. Manage executive participation in analyst interactions and develop the bench of spokespeople across the organization. Provide sales with actionable industry information extracted from analyst coverage reports. Generate analyst‑relations content, including briefing documents, messaging, competitive positioning, rebuttals, and responses to crises. Contribute to and review outbound communications and monitor relevant social media forums. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of analyst relations experience or related senior experience. Experience combining analyst relations with finance, product management, competitive intelligence, or product marketing, with a proven track record of presenting to industry analysts. Direct experience working with C‑level executives and key functions across a global enterprise software organization. Strong project management, time management, and multi‑prioritization skills. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with significant experience presenting to executive audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences. Creative, strategic, and analytical thinking with a solution‑oriented mindset.
