About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Warehouse Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversight of all warehouse activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, customer service excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple sites. This executive role requires close partnership with cross-functional leaders to support company growth, enhance service levels, and maximize asset utilization. Key responsibilities include operational leadership, financial performance, customer experience, safety and compliance, workforce leadership, and continuous improvement through the implementation of technology and best practices. Candidates for the Vice President of Warehouse Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of progressive warehouse or distribution leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior multi-site leadership role. The role demands a proven track record in managing multiple operational teams, P&L ownership, and financial management. Experience in 3PL, contract warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning, executive leadership, and talent development skills, as well as a deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, data analysis, and KPI management. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and the ability to lead change management and technology initiatives are also essential.
