Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of couples and families, identifying emotional, psychological, and relational issues.

• Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy, specializing in a range of challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating both joint and individual therapy sessions, fostering open communication and support among family members.

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Documenting session notes and progress reports consistently and accurately, utilizing our electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Participating in regular clinical team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and collaborate on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT will focus on a diverse client population, including couples, families, children, and adolescents. You will address a variety of issues such as blended families adjusting to new dynamics, conflicts among siblings, and coping with the impacts of separation and divorce. By fostering open dialogue and providing effective coping strategies, you will help our clients navigate their unique challenges, ultimately contributing to healthier family systems and individual well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
