Network Technician

Role Overview The Tier II Network Technician will support the customer's computer data communications systems, providing design specifications, testing, and inspections for computer networks, as well as analyzing and organizing corresponding hardware and software combined solutions through network modeling. What You Will Do The job duties of the Tier II network field technician include supporting the installation and maintenance of client LAN/WAN devices, responding to and resolving incidents, and completing assigned tasks within Service Level Objectives/Agreements (SLOs/SLAs). Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networks, routers, switches, and experience with MLPS. They will also be able to work independently and in a collaborative environment, and be available to travel up to 20% of the time. Requirements Active TS/SCI with poly 10 years of experience (combination of work history and education) Compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend support Hands on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networks, routers, switches Experience with MLPS Benefits Pay Range: $73,450.00 - $132,775.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
