Procurement Buyer

Motivated and detail-oriented, the remote Buyer will manage supplier relationships, support procurement initiatives, and assist with contract renewals and negotiations as part of the Procurement team. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and procurement requests Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support procurement initiatives and manage contract renewals Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for vendor contracts while ensuring compliance with procurement policies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or vendor management Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
