Join us, and let’s work together to make financial success accessible to all.Compensation:$138,000 + BOEResponsibilities:Lead and inspire a team of Financial Representatives to achieve their professional goals and deliver exceptional client service.Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our firm's visibility and client engagement.Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging team members to share ideas and solutions.Oversee the financial performance of the firm, ensuring alignment with our mission and growth objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business development.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for new services and product offerings.Qualifications:NASD 7 or 6 (REQUIRED).4-6 years of insurance industry sales experience, including 3-5 years of field management or agency distribution systemDemonstrated experience and success in building financial services firms and recruitment.
