Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking events, and community involvement. Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and address inquiries or concerns. Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to identify coverage needs and present suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner. Collaborate closely with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall agency success. Qualifications Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but a genuine passion for sales and determination to succeed is also valued. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong commitment to outstanding service and building long‑term client relationships. Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices is advantageous. Bilingual Spanish.
