Partner Success Specialist

Focusing on redefining customer journeys, the full-time remote Partner Success Specialist will manage the onboarding and implementation of new and renewing partners while providing exceptional customer service and training to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities Provide "White Glove" customer service and manage the onboarding experience for new and renewing partners Conduct engaging training sessions and webinars to prepare customers for successful product implementation Track implementation tasks, analyze customer adoption metrics, and develop proactive plans to enhance customer retention Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding/Implementation, or Account Management Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or a related field Experience with Teaching Strategies products and services is highly preferred Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM solution is desired Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences and strong organizational skills
