About the job Real Estate Paralegal

A nationally recognized, fast-growing boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to join its team in Northern New Jersey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned paralegal who wants to work on sophisticated commercial real estate matters while having meaningful ownership and autonomy in their work. The firm has a strong reputation in the commercial real estate and construction industries and offers an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment where responsiveness and excellence are highly valued.

What You'll Do

Manage multiple commercial real estate matters and transactions from inception through closing
Prepare and review contracts, leases, title reports, closing documents, and other real estate documentation
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title companies to keep transactions moving efficiently
Conduct due diligence, including title searches, survey reviews, and zoning research
Support real estate and construction litigation matters, including document management and case organization
Work closely with attorneys and clients on complex and time-sensitive matters

What We're Looking For

7+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
Strong experience managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
Solid knowledge of commercial real estate documentation, title insurance, and closing processes
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience supporting real estate or construction litigation is highly valued
Ability to work 4 days per week in the firm's Newark, NJ office , with 1 day remote
