Inside Sales Account Manager

CBG is looking for a results-driven Inside Account Manager to grow revenue within existing accounts, develop new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. As an important member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and expanding our service, parts, maintenance and supply offerings. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for customer service and the ability to identify and close opportunities that deliver value to both the customer and CBG Biotech. Responsibilities Active and timely follow-through on sales opportunities with existing customers for organic and vertical growth Actively utilize CBG’s selling process and drive leads and opportunities through your pipeline towards wins Respond to inbound customer calls, e-mails and requests for information for positive customer engagement, development and satisfaction Provide professional support to maximize customer loyalty Create and execute business plans to achieve/exceed quotas and goals Identify and uncover new opportunities through networking and develop into long-term relationships; develop referrals and testimonials Maintain regular contact with CBG clients to understand and meet their needs Respond to and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction Negotiate terms and agreements as appropriate and assigned Keep records of sales and performance results Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Professional Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build relationships Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Organization and time-management skills Strong business acumen Enthusiasm and passion Knowledge of MS Office BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing CBG offers Competitive Salary, Robust Commission Plan, Paid Time Off, Vision, Medical, Dental, Life Insurances, Hybrid Work Flexibility, 401K Match, Summer Hours and much more!
