About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its Corporate Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new clients and enhance existing relationships. This includes identifying and originating new business opportunities with targeted multinational corporations, as well as establishing and growing a strong network of influencers to support business expansion. The role also involves meeting and exceeding profitability targets, promoting collaboration with internal teams, and proactively managing the client portfolio to understand and meet client needs. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a similar corporate banking role, with a proven track record in business development and a well-established network of key influencers. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interpret financial statements, assess market trends, and understand credit and risk fundamentals. The role requires a high level of organization, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a willingness to travel for client engagements. The Managing Director will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and for leading a team in the preparation and presentation of credit applications to the Credit Committees.
