Receptionist - Part-Time or Perdiem

Receptionist Come join us at Lourdes Noreen-McKeen Residence! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1960. We are seeking to hire a Receptionist - Part-Time or Perdiem. $15 to $17 per hour based on skills and experience. Receptionist Qualifications: High School diploma or the equivalent. One year of experience in hospitality or similar industry where strong customer service skills is required. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Receptionist Job Summary: Greet all persons authorized entrance to the facility and ensure they sign-in appropriately; parked correctly, etc. Answer incoming telephone calls and route them to the appropriate person. Coordinate with Security regarding AM "Check-in's.". Distribute complimentary newspapers in library. Assist residents with their Wi‑Fi issues on their tablets. Keep ample supply of Wi‑Fi codes. Coordinate transportation for doctors, outings and special events. Keep reception area organized neat and clean. Ensure mail is delivered, sorted and distributed. Monitor door alarms and security cameras for suspicious activity. Monitor parking spaces in under awning and place parking violation notices as appropriate. Maintain up-to date Resident phone list, weekly newsletters, monthly newsletters and calendars, transportation providers, etc. at the desk for reference.
