Health And Safety Advisor

We are seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support HSE compliance across international operations within a fast-paced construction and engineering environment. This position will work closely with external safety consultants, helping to coordinate compliance activities, audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple regions. Responsibilities Manage relationships with external HSE providers and consultant Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance programmes Support the implementation of company safety procedures and standards Prepare and review RAMS and related documentation Maintain risk registers and monitor corrective actions Support incident investigations and reporting processes Deliver and track toolbox talks and safety communications Promote a strong health & safety culture across teams and projects Requirements Previous experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, engineering, or a related sector Good understanding of HSE legislation and compliance standards Experience with risk assessments and incident management Strong organisational and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
