Remote Associate Attorney - Complex Fraud Litigation

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced remote Associate Attorney licensed in California to join their Complex Fraud Litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to litigate sophisticated civil fraud cases in a fully remote setting. Duties Develop and execute strategic case plans for complex fraud litigation matters. Manage all phases of written discovery and document production. Prepare for, take, and defend depositions of key individuals. Research, draft, and argue substantive motions throughout litigation. Provide timely case assessments and updates to clients. Identify and collaborate with expert witnesses for trial preparation. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings. Prepare matters for trial, including developing strategy and coordinating experts. Requirements Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing. 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience managing cases from inception through resolution. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience with depositions, motions, and discovery management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team. Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple complex matters. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California. Skills Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
