Executive Director, FP&A (Payments) SUMMARY We are seeking a highly accomplished Executive Director of FP&A with deep experience in the Payments industry to join our Finance organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior finance and business leaders, helping to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capability, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates exceptional skill in compiling, analyzing, and modeling complex financial data from multiple sources with accuracy and efficiency. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the corporate FP&A function, a proven ability to influence outcomes, and a track record of success supporting executive-level decision-making. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Serve as a strategic finance partner to Line of Business and executive leadership, supporting financial and business goals with a strong focus on revenue growth and margin expansion Own end-to-end revenue and expense planning, forecasting, and performance management for assigned businesses, regions, or functional areas Lead Payments revenue planning, forecasting, pricing analysis, and detailed cost planning and management Design, implement, and continuously enhance financial forecasting models, tools, and analytical processes Provide actionable insights to senior leaders and actively participate in driving and negotiating data-informed business outcomes Collaborate with functional and regional leaders to evaluate growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and operating leverage opportunities (e.g., expense efficiencies, scalability) Compile and synthesize financial and expense data from multiple systems and sources with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and transparency Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled finance capabilities Mentor and develop FP&A talent, fostering a high-performance, learning-oriented finance culture QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or relevant advanced certification preferred Minimum 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with significant exposure to the Payments industry Demonstrated success partnering with senior finance and business leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial concepts clearly Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with enterprise financial systems and forecasting tools preferred Strong executive communication, influencing, and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results under tight deadlines, and operate with a strong sense of ownership Growth-oriented mindset with demonstrated use of AI and advanced analytics in Finance Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
