About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Intelligent Automation and AI Solutions. This strategic technology leader will be responsible for building and delivering enterprise automation capabilities that enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve data quality. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and deliver scalable solutions using a range of advanced technologies, including Agentic AI, machine learning, and intelligent document processing. Key responsibilities include architecting end-to-end automation workflows, designing AI-enabled solutions, and leading cross-functional teams through the entire automation process. The role also involves establishing an AI Center of Excellence, promoting responsible AI practices, and advising executive leadership on automation opportunities and industry trends. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 12 years of progressive enterprise technology leadership experience, and a strong background in large-scale automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting and delivering complex enterprise automation solutions, as well as experience with a variety of automation and AI technologies. Financial services, real estate services, banking, or professional services experience is preferred. The role requires excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional teams and work directly with executive stakeholders. A commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are also essential.
