Software Sales Leadership – Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) A market-leading provider of warehouse automation and supply chain technology solutions is seeking an experienced Director/VP to lead and grow its U.S. software business. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing software sales, operations, customer delivery, and business strategy across North America. The successful candidate will manage a team of approximately 30 professionals while driving growth, operational excellence, and customer success. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop teams across Software Sales, Operations, Project Delivery, and Development Define and execute the U.S. software growth strategy Own performance metrics, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction Manage strategic customer relationships and executive-level engagements Lead contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and business development initiatives Oversee the successful implementation and ongoing operation of Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions Collaborate with global stakeholders to scale and standardize software offerings Drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology Ideal Background 8+ years’ experience within Warehouse Management Software (WMS) , Supply Chain Software, or Logistics Technology Proven experience leading large teams Strong background in software sales, business operations, customer delivery, and commercial leadership Additional experience within mid-market WMS providers highly desirable Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, negotiations, and strategic accounts Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels #J-18808-Ljbffr John Charles Search
