About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales Operations to lead and drive the optimization of sales processes, enablement, and business intelligence initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the campaign-to-contract process, ensuring visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement across all business development activities. Candidates for the Vice President of Sales Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 8 years' of healthcare sales or relationship development experience, including at least 5 years in a management role, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in sales strategy, analytics, and operations, particularly in a healthcare-oriented organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, and the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
