Work Environment

This full-time position offers a dynamic onsite work setting in our state-of-the-art outpatient office located in Miami, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of patients presenting with various acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Order and interpret various diagnostic tests, making informed decisions on the prescription of medications and therapies.
• Provide in-depth education to patients and their families regarding disease management, medication adherence, and essential post-discharge care instructions.
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds, actively participating with healthcare teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive electronic medical records to support continuity of care and efficient communication among caregivers.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice guidelines within our facility.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida.
• Active and unrestricted state nursing license.
