Inbound Sales Consultant

Taking inbound sales calls, the full-time Inbound Sales Consultant will process orders, answer questions, and identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs while working remotely. Key responsibilities Identifies sales opportunities by learning about the customer's business and linking their needs to available products and services Utilizes a prescribed sales approach to resolve customer needs and customize offers to build value in products and services Efficiently navigates multiple PC order systems while communicating with customers to ensure timely and accurate transactions Required qualifications Basic computer skills High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in a call center or customer service environment Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
