Financial Director

Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic Finance Director with non-profit experience to lead the organization’s financial operations and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, reporting, and compliance for the organization.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare financial statements and board-level financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with non-profit accounting standards (FASB), grants, and regulations.
- Lead annual audits and manage relationships with external auditors.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 6 years in non-profit.
- Strong knowledge of non-profit accounting, fund accounting, and grant management.
- Leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
