(End Control Riders)./liliCan estimate the speed of moving objects in order to maintain safe vehicle operation./liliResponsible for safe and efficient manual organization of items onto skids./liliMust perform tasks to assure that customer orders are completed with accuracy and efficiency/liliAssist in finished goods inventory as required./liliIndependently perform aisle audits on a routine basis./liliResponsible for safe, responsible equipment operation and work practices of self./liliEnlisted to maintain a clean working environment./liliMarks and distributes customer orders in an organized and efficient manner to ensure timely ground transport without error./liliMust successfully complete a D.O.T. training course every 3 years/liliResponsible for adhering to all personal safety rules and procedures./liliPacks orders using appropriate size cartons and dunnage materials for safe movement of shipments./liliResponsible for end of shift reconciliation of UPS WorldShip reports./liliEnsures all hazardous material shipments are packed/marked correctly, and documentation is completed and accurate./liliOperates various computer systems such as desktop and UPS WorldShip computer./liliIn addition: Must demonstrate the ability to carry out the essential duties outlined in the Order Selector Job Description or other duties assigned by the Distribution Manager./li/ulpQUALIFICATIONS/pulliHigh School Diploma/GED preferred/liliMust be experienced in driving powered industrial trucks (PIT) (End Control Rider)/liliMust be able to understand and carry out oral and/or written instructions./liliMust recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers./liliMust possess the ability to count and make simple arithmetic additions, subtractions, multiplications and divisions./liliAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions./liliMust read and write English and perform simple math calculations./li/ulpCompensation Information:/pp$17.85 - $22.00/ppITW is an equal opportunity employer.
