Position Overview

As a Business Account Specialist, youll play a key role in deepening new and existing business customer relationships while supporting the growth of the bank.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building relationships that go beyond the transaction.

What Youll Do

Customer Experience & Service

• Deliver personalized, professional service that makes every customer feel valued
• Assist business customers with account questions, requests, and problem resolution
• Build trust through clear communication and attention to detail

Account Management & Operations

• Open and maintain business deposit accounts
• Process account updates, documentation, and file maintenance
• Prepare appropriate documentation and agreements relative to treasury management products and services
• Follow all bank policies and regulatory requirements

Sales & Relationship Growth

• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support business customer goals
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and welcome new ones
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of commercial deposit products and services
• Support branch promotions and outreach efforts

Team & Culture

• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Support internal partners with account-related questions
• Contribute to a positive, team-first environment
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability every day

What You Bring

Required

• Associates degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field;
• At least 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
• Knowledge of the structuring of different types of business accounts

Preferred

• Experience with Premier/Fiserv and BPM

Physical Demands

This is primarily a sedentary position requiring frequent computer use, communication, and handling of documents.

Schedule

Full-time position with regular business hours.

Travel

May require occasional travel to the banks additional branches.
