Are you passionate about fitness, leadership, and creating an incredible member experience? We're looking for an energetic, results-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead one of the fastest-growing Crunch Fitness franchises.

What You'll Do

• Help lead the daily operations of a high-volume fitness club. 
• Coach and develop front desk team members. 
• Drive membership sales and member engagement. 
• Deliver an exceptional member experience every day. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility. 
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members. 
• Monitor club performance and key business metrics. 
• Step into the General Manager role when needed. 
• Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on accountability and results. 

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience. 
• 40 Hour work week availability (SAT-WED)
• Sales and customer service experience preferred. 
• Strong communication and coaching skills. 
• Ability to motivate and develop others. 
• High level of accountability and professionalism. 
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented. 
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as business needs require. 
• Passion for fitness and helping people succeed.
