Employment Litigation Associate
A growing litigation practice is seeking an attorney with employment litigation experience to join a collaborative team environment.
Practice Focus
- Approximately 80% plaintiff-side employment litigation
- Approximately 20% general business litigation
Responsibilities
- Draft settlement and demand letters
- Prepare complaints and motions
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Respond to discovery requests
- Assist with trial preparation
- Attend trials with a supervising attorney
Preferred Experience
- 1+ years of employment litigation experience
- Experience with matters involving FEHA, wrongful termination, PAGA, wage and hour claims, whistleblower claims, or similar employment disputes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation
- Junior Associate: up to $150,000
- Mid-Level Associate: up to $160,000
- Highly Qualified Attorneys: $170,000–$180,000
- Discretionary bonus opportunities
