Operations Manager

Responsibilities Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently and communicate proactively with clients to improve operations. Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of employees, identifying proper staffing levels to deliver a superior customer experience. Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed. Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation’s budget. Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location. Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash. Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards. Monitor and review all damage claims, recommending and implementing plans to improve safety and prevent recurrence. Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA laws. What You Need Demonstrates ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse group of team members. Passionate about going above and beyond to deliver the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction by finding unique ways to solve problems. Prior experience developing budgets and P&L review is a plus. Ability to react and problem‑solve quickly. Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn internal computer programs. License Requirement Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record. Salary Range $70,000 – $75,000 per year.
