- Complete apartment/unit turns (patch/paint prep, minor drywall repair, basic carpentry)
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs (fixtures, outlets/switches, disposals, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls; coordinate with vendors for specialty repairs
- 3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily/property maintenance strongly preferred)
- HVAC certification or strong HVAC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry
- Comfortable with ladders and physical work (lift up to 50 lbs; standing/walking)
- Strong reliability, communication, and customer-service mindset with residents/teams
- Unit turnover and apartment make-readies
- Preventative maintenance and property inspection routines
- HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Basic electrical and plumbing repair skills
- OSHA and site safety compliance; accurate work order documentation
