Title: Business Analyst - PeopleSoft
Location: TX - Dallas - Hybrid
Type: Contract
Business Systems Analyst with hands-on PeopleSoft Finance experience to translate finance business needs into system requirements, enhancements, and process improvements.
The role will support PeopleSoft Finance configuration, integrations, testing, production operations, and Agile delivery while partnering with finance stakeholders and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and enhance PeopleSoft Finance capabilities, business processes, integrations, reporting, and system functionality.

Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.

Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, production support, release readiness, and continuous process improvement.
