Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and nurturing positive working relationships, while upholding strict professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client sessions to assess progress, address changes in stability, and plan for discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client in compliance with clinical standards.

• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and establish appropriate treatment strategies.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, offering direct therapy services that explore individual and family dynamics.

• Participate in regular individual supervision for professional growth and quality assurance.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, ensuring a holistic approach to client well-being.

The clients you will be working with include adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient in utilizing computer systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for client management and documentation.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families is essential.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting the value of your skills and experience. Our compensation structure includes a fee-for-service model, where payments are guaranteed and made ahead of collections, ensuring financial stability for our clinicians.
