About the Job Frank Darling is an online, female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry more accessible than ever before. We’ve been featured in Vogue, InStyle, WSJ, Bloomberg, Forbes, Brides, Glossy, and more for our design, sustainability, and modern take on bridal. We have an immediate, on-site opening for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist in our Tribeca studio. This role serves as the first impression for our in-person clients, setting the tone for a luxury, five-star client experience from the moment they walk through the door. This person will ensure each appointment is thoughtfully attended to while also welcoming and assisting walk-in clients. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, empathetic, computer savvy, and calm under pressure with the ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced, high-touch environment. Key Duties & Responsibilities Customer Facing: Buzzing customers into building Greeting customers at front desk and checking them in Seating customers and notify Sales of location Offering beverage of choice Calling to confirm upcoming appointments Contacting late-appointments Assist in rescheduling or booking customers Fielding phone calls Showroom Organization Manage showroom ambiance and music Keep showroom clean and organized Keep jewelry samples clean and organized Requirements and Experience: A keen eye for detail and a high level of empathy and professionalism Ability to work proactively and think creatively to solve problems as they arise Solid organizational skills Ability to multitask and juggle many client requests at once Excellent communication skills Technologically adept Job Details Part-time, on-site role located in Tribeca, NYC Studio hours are 10AM–6PM Available schedule: Friday-Sunday Salary: $20-25/ Hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
