What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based internal medicine care in a value-based clinic setting
• Serve as core faculty for the Internal Medicine Health Equity Track
• Mentor and supervise residents in clinical and educational activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including care managers, pharmacists, social workers, and community partners
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in scholarly activities
• Utilize population health tools, risk stratification, and care coordination strategies
• Incorporate social determinants of health and community-engaged practices into patient care
• Support operational initiatives to improve clinical processes and standards
• Foster an environment of equity, high-value care, and continuous learning

What You Need:

• Medical license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to health equity and value-based care principles
• Experience mentoring residents and participating in quality improvement projects (preferred)
