Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, using standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences through collaborative discussions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, fostering a holistic understanding of their conditions.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their mental health status and treatment effectiveness.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients requiring multidisciplinary approaches.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
