Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based methodologies tailored to their unique needs.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that are adaptive to each client’s progress and insights gathered during sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance patient care.

• Documentation is a critical part of this role; maintain accurate and thorough clinical notes in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
