Office Assistant

Hiring for an entry level Administrative Assistant/Office Assistant. This is a direct hire position working directly for CarGuys Inc. Looking for an individual to start at an entry level position within our company. This person will perform a series of necessary tasks including but not limited to: Answering phones Data entry Office and personal errands Learning the various roles inside our company Sourcing candidates Moving candidates into CRM Light interviewing Maintaining spreadsheets Organizing the schedules of the owners This individual must have a desire to grow within a company, to learn, and must be organized. This opportunity is full time and will have an hourly wage, plus bonus, plus perks (these perks will roll out January 1st).
